 The magnificent Champagne Pool is a hot spring with
 stunning colour within the Wai-O-Tapu (Sacred Waters)
 geothermal area, about 30 km southeast of Rotorua,
 North Island, New Zealand.
 
 The terrestrial hot spring is named owing to the bubbles
 forming from carbo dioxide and is the largest in the area.
 The amazing colour is the result of colloidal sulphur and
 minerals including gold, silver, murcury, arsenic, thallium,
 antimony, etc, which are depositing in the sinter ledge.

 They depict trams, called 'ding ding' affectionately by

 12,000 Francs, headed by executive chef Conor Beach, aims to

 Kam Kee Cafe (Kam's Bing Sutt or Gold Ice Room), founded
 in Shaukeiwan in 1967, is fames for their table tennis
 racket-shaped menus. The traditional cafe was forced to
 close its door owing to soaring rent in 2012.
 
 The new owner bought the business, reopened in Sai Ying
 Pun, keeping as many of the original interior features

  Mari-Cha Lion
 
 Ancient Mari-Cha Lion, a bronze sculpture from the 11th or
 12th century may have been made in Moorish Spain or by
 Arab craftsmen commissioned by the Normans in Sicily to
 create a ‘throne of Solomon’, makes Hong Kong debut at
 Asia Society’s lion-themed exhibition, through 19 Feb.
 
 Spanning the worlds of Islamic art and medieval western art,
 the monumental bronze sculpture is one of the most important
 sculptures discovered in the last 25 years. Since its acquisition
 by a private collector in Hong Kong, it has been exhibited at
 the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Kunsthistorisches
 Museum in Vienna, the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, the Royal
 Academy in London and the Musée du Louvre in Paris.

 The first three of 16 food trucks in Hong Kong start operating
 on Friday. Book Brothers, running 'Bao and Buns' at Golden
 Bauhinia Square, is known for its American-style barbecue
 meat in steamed buns.
 
 My favourite being the Peking Duck Bun, with tasty meat and.
 sweet sauce, hitting the right spot. However, services need
 to be improved. The prepared buns sat on the counter too
 long and were cold by the time they were delivered.

  Chinese New Year Celebration
 
 Chinese New Year decoration at the the pedestrianised Lee Tung
 Avenue, an upscale shopping, dining and housing development
 in Wanchai.
 
 This is the former Lee Tung Street, aka Wedding Card Street,
 famed locally and abroad as a centre for publishing and for
 printing of wedding cards. It was demolished in December 2007
 as an Urban Renewal Authority (URA) project. The demolition was
 seen as causing irreparable harm to our cultural heritage.
